Scaffold Status Tags for Scaffold Inspection Tag Holders, Green, "OK"

Provide clear, authorized clearance for elevated work platforms with the National Marker Company SPT3 Scaffold Green Safety Tag. Indicating that a scaffolding structure has been properly erected, inspected, and verified to meet federal and state OSHA safety specifications, this high-visibility green tag confirms to crews that the platform is structurally sound and safe for use. The double-sided layout features an official compliance certification statement and competent-person sign-off section on the front, backed by a multi-line Daily Inspection Record grid on the reverse side for ongoing audit tracking. Manufactured from durable, weather-resistant cardstock with a reinforced hanging grommet, it secures firmly to ladder rungs and main scaffold posts.
